Collection | Celebrations of Independence

Inspired by President Obama's inauguration, I did several paintings (and one cut paper original) combining hearts and the American flag. 

40 years after attending Woodstock, I was surprised to be painting the American flag.  Jasper Johns and Peter Max have been there... now it is my turn!

Let's remember that the flag flies freely for ALL Americans!
